Administerorderfulfillmentrequirementstoensuretimelyandaccurateproductdeliverywithproperdocumentation.

Ensurecustomermasterdata,accountprofileinformation,andcustomerproductinformationisuptodate.

Receive,coordinate,andprocessallsalesordersbasedonthecustomer’srequests(withaccuracyandspeed)

InterfacewithotherAhlstromplantsandsuppliersforprocessingordersproducedelsewhere.

Provideorderstatusandresolveorderinquiries.

Ensureaccountsareincompliancewithcorporatecreditpolicies.

Assessthevalidityandaccuracyoflettersofcreditandimportlicenses.

Administercustoms/logistics/deliveryissues.

Administerreceivablesandpastdueamountsasrequired.

InventoryManagement

Getinformationfromsupplychaintonotifyappropriatesalespersonnelandcustomersasnecessaryofover/short/early/late/orotherproblemsrelatedtoassignedaccountshipments.
